The Black Blues Brothers

The Black Blues Brothers are back, and once again they’ve turned circus into pure party. This is a show that doesn’t just perform at you—it sweeps you up and dares you not to grin the whole way through.

The set is as clever as ever: styled like a train station café, it’s both stylish and sneakily practical. Props and chalk are tucked away so neatly you don’t notice them at first—until they’re suddenly whipped out and transformed into part of the act. It’s efficient, inventive design at its best.

Lighting is kept simple, and for good reason—the focus needs to stay on the flips, tumbles, and gravity-defying feats. That said, when the energy needs a boost, they know how to use lighting effects to crank things up a notch.

Sound design is another highlight. Levels were perfectly judged—never too loud, never too soft—and with no dialogue, the music choices carried real weight. Luckily, they nailed it: a brilliant mix of tracks that kept the energy alive and the vibe joyous from start to finish.

The performances? Pure dynamite. The acrobatics are jaw-dropping, but it’s the infectious energy that really seals the deal. From start to finish, it’s a riot of tumbling, dancing, and audacious stunts that make for an hour of pure joy.

The Black Blues Brothers deliver an electrifying hour of circus, comedy, and sheer charisma. It’s impossible not to leave smiling.
